If you have an easement related condition on your property that might require the assistance of a local representative, please locate and contact the Right of Way Coordinator for your geographical area or contact us at the number above. If you are contemplating selling or developing your property, and you want to make sure there are no snags when it comes to the easement, you can contact the local or main office for assistance. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Information In accordance with HUD Handbook 4150.1, Chapter 4-27, a statement from an officer of Colonial Pipeline certifying compliance with each of the following paragraphs of Title 49, Transportation of the Code of Federal Regulations is required before a perspective property owner actually buys the property: HUD Certification Letter (in PDF format)
