As the central distribution hub for moving petroleum products throughout the Eastern United States, the New York Harbor demands efficiency and the ability to move multiple products to multiple locations within a congested area. The Intra Harbor Transfer Service provides this kind of creative solution for bulk liquid transport. The IHT operation has been made possible by the joint operation between Colonial Pipeline and the shippers listed above.
